My main focus as an artist is to create environments that convey a compelling story and draws the player's attention and curiosity to explore.
To achieve this, I mainly use a modular workflow to build the areas in an efficient way, as well create more unique areas when it's needed.
When creating an environment I always keep in mind, poly/texture budges, using various techniques such as vertex paint, creating trim sheets/meshs for re-usability and set dressing.
I also engage in actively cooperating with different departments, lighting,design, cinematic, in order to achieve the best result and to solve any issues that might appear.
I also have experience as a Lead Artist ,where I ensured the quality of work meets what is expected from the project.
Give tasks and help the artists with them. Working closely with the producer, in order to meet the deadlines and ensuring that the artists always have tasks assigned to them and trying to make sure the tasks are suitable for
the artists.
I have experiencing with multiply game engines, such as Unreal, Idtech and Cryengine
I also have a degree in Architecture, this gives a very good knowledge of proposition,scale and composition, which are very important when creating an environment.
